Pepperjam is growing its Sales team and looking for a Senior Business Development Rep (BDR) who is driven and motivated to help brands understand how Pepperjam can bring value to their business. This position is responsible for supporting both the Sales and Marketing teams, embraces the hustle of hunting down new opportunities and helping Pepperjam grow. He/she will be responsible for qualifying leads generated by Pepperjam’s marketing efforts and playing an integral part of the Pepperjam sales cycle. The BDR will also be responsible for supplementing Pepperjam’s inbound leads with proactive outbound lead generation.
The BDR is often the initial point of contact and face of Pepperjam with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is an experienced, energetic, highly productive self-starter who truly understands the importance of pipeline management and the KPI’s required to achieve sales goals to grow a business. He/she enjoys outbound prospecting and creating new opportunities through their own efforts.
