    Pepperjam is looking for a Lifestyle Content Marketing Associate to join our team. This person will be a part of our dedicated eBay Partnerships team, servicing a single client, eBay.  Our client, the eBay Partnerships team includes eBay Partner Network (eBay’s affiliate program) and Influencer partnerships.

     

    Our team is looking for an experienced, driven and motivated Marketing Associate to own the strategy and content of all partner-facing communications from conception to delivery.  You will drive go-to-market programs related to new product delivery, and be responsible for owning and producing content supporting lifecycle marketing programs. The core goal of this role will be to drive impact in goals related to buyer growth and partner engagement. This will mean owning strategic communications to improve the productivity of our existing partners, and building marketing programs to empower new partners to succeed.

     

    This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail and project management skills. You will be working collaboratively with product teams, engineering, data analysts, as well as external influencers and industry experts to develop relevant content that produces measurable results.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all assets across all outbound marketing programs and campaigns are optimized to perform
    • Manage Lifecycle content strategy and production for the eBay Partnerships team to optimize existing experiences and develop new ones.
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing, product, and subsidiary teams to manage the asset library and keep content/materials current, fresh, and aligned with marketing calendars.
    • Identify and facilitate opportunities to test and target content via CRM channels
    • Develop technical materials and strategy for partner productivity, recruitment and growth of Strategic partners.
    • Track, measure and optimize business KPIs, such as revenue, conversion, and other metrics to deliver against business goals.
    • Synthesize and summarize progress on core KPIs and provide insight and recommendations.

    Qualifications

    • Ideal candidate would be a self-starter and learn quickly
    • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate cross functionally
    • At least 3 years of Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Communications experience is required.
    • An understanding of digital marketing is mandatory -- understanding of Affiliate and Partnerships industry is a big plus
    • Past experience leading content strategy and producing digital content
    • A proven track record communicating products or services in a clear and compelling manner
    • Comfort level with technical subject matter as it relates to digital marketing and affiliate
    • Understanding of or experience with product marketing
    • Experience measuring outcomes and tracking to set KPIs
    • Bachelor's degree is required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
