    Pepperjam’s Publisher Acquisition Manager is obsessed with affiliate marketing and is dedicated to helping build a publisher base that is unmatched in the industry. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver and will be motivated by connecting brands with the websites, influencers & channels that will help them acquire new customers. He/she should excel at relationship-building, analyzing affiliate programs and be self-motivated. A successful candidate will be an aggressive self-starter and must possess a strong work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, positive attitude, tenacity, and have a desire to put the customer first every day.


    • Identifies and develops relationships at all levels of publisher organization
    • Optimize publisher accounts through identification and recommendation of programs, client specific needs/opportunities and competitive insights
    • Support premium placement brokering between publishers and client/service teams through media kit sourcing and delivery
    • Provide interface support and campaign expertise
    • Recruit new affiliate publishing partners via demand generation planning and deployment
    • Manage publisher needs including, deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, offer setup information
    • Interface with operations, accounting, technology and sales to ensure publisher needs are supported


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or four years of digital marketing experience.
    • 2- 3 years professional experience, preferably within an ecommerce sales environment
    • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings
    • Adept at prioritization of tasks and workload
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Proven performance in independently researching and resolving complex client questions and concerns
    • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
