  • Overview

    Pepperjam is growing its sales department and looking for a Lead Development Rep based out of Conshohocken, PA. The Lead Development Rep is responsible for supporting both the Sales and Marketing teams and embraces the hustle and hunting down new opportunities. He/she will be responsible for qualifying leads generated by Pepperjam’s marketing efforts and playing an integral part of the Pepperjam sales cycle. The position will also be responsible for supplementing Pepperjam’s inbound leads with proactive outbound lead generation.  


    The ideal candidate is an energetic, highly productive self-starter who truly understands the importance of pipeline management and the input KPI’s that are required to achieve goals. He/she enjoys outbound prospecting and creating new opportunities through their own efforts.   


    • Achieving individual productivity goals tied to generating inbound and outbound leads 
    • Achieving individual new business and qualified leads goals  
    • Generate leads through outbound prospecting efforts 
    • Pre-event support for booking meetings and post event support to follow up on captured leads  
    • Maintaining pipeline value and lead volumes to achieve monthly and quarterly goals 
    • Following best practices, including, but not limited to maintaining data in Salesforce, pipeline management, KPI tracking, etc. 


    • 2 years in a fast-paced business development role with high volumes of outbound prospecting 
    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
    • A deep understanding of  
    • A bias for action and solution driven mentality  
    • Ability to think on their feet and operate independently
