    We are looking for a motivated Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our account management team dedicated to the eBay Partner Network business. You will work with diverse, smart, and passionate people to deliver results that will have a direct impact on the client's bottom line.  

    A Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager is distinguished by a dedicated focus to customer satisfaction, realized through strong verbal and written communication skills. This person will be responsible for providing superior support for our client and their affiliate partners, managing a portfolio of relationships, and driving revenue growth. He/she should excel at relationship building, analyzing marketing campaigns, and deriving insights.   

    The successful candidate would have Affiliate or Online Marketing experience, excel at identifying new business opportunities, be an aggressive self-starter, and must possess an unbelievably strong work ethic. The employee must have the ability to execute special assignments and tasks under only general supervision, and bring new opportunities to the table on their own volition.  Most importantly, this person should effectively deal with challenge, change, and ambiguity while working individually and as part of a global team.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute client strategy and tactics needed to meet client revenue, growth and ROI goals
    • Responsible for seeking out new partnership opportunities for the eBay affiliate channel
    • Responsible for day-to-day affiliate program operations, process and QA
    • Identify and act on opportunities to broker relationships between your portfolio of clients and publishers to improve performance and profitability
    • Analyze partner performance data daily, impact of new partners, reactivated partners, increased commission rates and media placements
    • Conduct ongoing analysis, re-forecasting and optimization to deliver on our commitments
    • Focus on relationship building, negotiation, and communication with affiliates to improve performance
    • Guide affiliate partner recruitment and segmentation strategy
    • Perform competitive research and audits
    • Participate in weekly client calls, and quarterly business reviews with strategic recommendations
    • Have a basic understanding of internet marketing and promotional methods such as PPC, SEO, Loyalty programs, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or four years of professional business experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing field, preferably some experience in online marketing
    • Sales or Affiliate Marketing experience preferred
    • Ability to identify trends, source prospective targets and provide insights
    • Strong analytical focus, ability to aggregate and manipulate large data sets
    • Have the ability to multitask and execute tasks; detail oriented
    • Able to manage projects end-to-end a plus
    • Self-driven, solution-oriented and innovative personality
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Personal sense of integrity, commitment and professionalism
    • Experience using with PCs, Windows, MS Word.
    • Intermediate to Advanced level user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with Salesforce a plus
    • Able to manage projects end-to-end a plus
    • Availability for quarterly domestic travel at least quarterly.
