    The Account Strategist, Customer Care is distinguished by a dedicated focus to customer satisfaction, realized through strong verbal and written communication skills. The Account Strategist will be responsible for providing superior customer support for our partners and assisting partners to drive revenue growth. He/she should excel at relationship building, analyzing affiliate programs and be self-motivated. The successful candidate will be an aggressive self-starter and must possess an unbelievably strong work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, positive attitude, tenacity, and have a desire to put the customer first every day. The employee must have the ability to execute special assignments and tasks under only general supervision. This position provides high growth potential for candidates looking to build a career in a growing industry.


    • Consult with advertisers and publishers to provide suggested tactics needed to help meet KPI targets, as well as to drive revenue, growth and ROI goals
    • Assist advertisers and publishers in training & understanding of the network tool set and capabilities to drive product adoption
    • Assist in general account management when requested. Including: corrections, publisher outreach, adjusting commissions, transaction inquiries, etc.
    • Consult and advise on new tech upgrades
    • Communicate with advertisers in regards to tech roadmap, industry trends, and insights
    • Provide suggested new opportunities & publisher partnerships
    • Conduct audits for general performance and account review
    • Utilize data to drive analysis and identify areas of risk, opportunity and growth for advertisers and publishers
    • Focus on relationship building to create new business opportunities
    • Consult on publisher recruitment and program recommendations.  
    • Perform competitive research and audits
    • Provide best practices for program growth and optimization
    • Participate in webinars to further engage advertisers
    • Provide internal and client facing reporting when required
    • Participate in client calls, tickets, emails and live chat
    • Drive customer retention, renewals and overall customer satisfaction


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or four years of digital marketing experience.
    • Strong analytical focus, ability to aggregate and manipulate large data sets
    • Affiliate experience preferred
    • Digital Experience preferred
    • Customer service experience preferred.
    • Have the ability to multitask and execute tasks; detail oriented
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience using with PCs, Windows, MS Word. Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint
    • Personal sense of integrity, commitment and professionalism
