  • Overview

    The Publisher Manager is responsible for setting up advertisers for success through building quality publisher relationships activations and profitable placements. The role of the Publisher Management is to manage the publisher relationships and communication for a portfolio of top tier affiliate programs. The publisher manager works with account managers on optimization tactics, recruitment, and placement brokering and analysis on an ongoing basis. The publisher manager also assists in setting up communication and information about client campaigns, and manages internal client related tasks. 

    Responsibilities

    • Work with account managers in understanding client needs and requirements
    • Maintain and grow publisher relationships for the portfolio
    • Ensure delivery of creative assets and marketing materials
    • Collaborate with team members in developing external messaging to publishers
    • Manage publisher groupings and segmentation within individual programs
    • Assist with placement brokering and negotiation with publisher partners
    • Placement review and data analysis
    • Publisher recruitment and activation planning
    • Assist in enforcing and maintaining client’s terms and conditions through requested updates
    • Measured through Program revenue growth and quality activation or optimization for all advertisers

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university
    • 2-3 years of professional business experience
    • Affiliate experience preferred
    • Have the ability to multitask and execute tasks; detail oriented
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience using with PCs, Windows, MS Word. Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Personal sense of integrity, commitment and professionalism
