We are looking for a motivated partnership development specialist to join our account management team as part of an exciting, new pilot program focusing on growing the eBay Parts & Accessories (P&A) business. You will work with diverse, smart, and passionate people to deliver results that will have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.

  • Execute client strategy and tactics needed to meet client revenue, growth and ROI goals
  • Responsible for seeking out new Part & Accessories (P&A) partnership opportunities for the eBay affiliate channel
  • Focus on relationship building, negotiation, and communication with new potential partners to integrate and activate
  • Identify and act on opportunities to broker relationships between your portfolio of clients and publishers to improve performance and profitability
  • Perform competitive research and audits in the automotive space
  • Participate in weekly team calls, and quarterly business reviews with strategic recommendations
  • Have an understanding of internet marketing and promotional methods such as PPC, SEO, and Loyalty etc.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or four years of professional business experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing field, preferably some experience in online marketing
  • Strong interest in cars, trucks and all things related to motors preferred
  • Sales or Affiliate Marketing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical focus, ability to aggregate and manipulate large data sets
  • Ability to identify trends, source prospective targets and provide insights
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented and innovative personality
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personal sense of integrity, commitment and professionalism
  • Intermediate to Advanced level user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Availability for quarterly domestic travel
