Overview

Pepperjam’s Agency Sr Associate is agency obsessed and focused on delivering the best possible agency experience to grow our agency relationships, help the agency’s grow their business, and have the agency’s brands excel within the network. The ideal candidate excels at customer support, solving problems, and maintaining a customer/ agency first mentality. The Sr Associate will be responsible for providing superior customer support for our partners and assisting partners to drive revenue growth. He/she should excel at relationship building, analyzing affiliate programs and be self-motivated. The successful candidate will be an aggressive self-starter and must possess an unbelievably strong work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, positive attitude, tenacity, and have a desire to put the customer first every day. The Sr Associate is also responsible for mentoring team members, and creating an ongoing communication and education dialog with our agencies at the divisional level.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages a portfolio of Agency accounts based on dedicated service offering
  • Consult with Agency partners to provide suggested tactics needed to meet client revenue, growth and ROI goals
  • Assist in general account management when requested. Including: corrections, publisher outreach, adjusting commissions, transaction inquiries, etc…
  • Communicate with Agency Partners regarding tech roadmap, industry trends and insights
  • Provide suggested new opportunities & affiliate partnerships for Agency review
  • Utilize data to drive analysis and identify areas of risk, opportunity and growth for Agency Partners; including GAP analysis and competitive review
  • Focus on relationship building with agency partners to create new business opportunities
  • Consult on affiliate recruitment and program recommendations.
  • Perform competitive research and audits
  • Manage the education process with a series of ongoing webinars focused on network enhancements and tools.
  • Manage the overall communication cadence with monthly newsletters, optimization techniques and other general updates via the agency newsletter
  • Identify and share network opportunities to our agency partners
  • Optimize agency relationships through identification and recommendation of targeted publishers based on agency and program goals.
  • Drive proactive use of the new technology offerings with continued outreach, education and feedback
  • Work closely with the sales managers in identifying new opportunities from the agency, and ensuring continued supports from the sales team
  • Support agency NPS and overall satisfaction
  • Manage agency needs including, but not limited to publisher communication, migration support, financial review and payment processing
  • Work with operations, accounting, and technology to ensure agency needs are being met with exceptional service and understanding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or four years of digital marketing experience.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing ROI-driven campaigns or previous experience as a publisher is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings
  • Adept at prioritization of tasks and workload
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven performance in independently researching and resolving complex client questions and concerns
  • Solid proficiency with Excel
